We can defend such Possession Proceedings on behalf of the tenant and inform them of the options which may be available to them.
If you are being evicted due to mortgage arrears we can assist you by ensuring that the mortgagee has satisfied their responsibilities by following the Pre Action Mortgage Protocol. We can also offer representation at court at both the Possession and Warrant stage; however, it is advisable to take early legal advice to ensure that you have the best possible chance of defending such proceedings.
